i have had it for about a month now and i dont use it and it says it does not have service anymore since i already have a sidekick 3 with t-mobile i dont need this phone so can i sell it on ebay
this phone is brand new nothing wrong with it no scarches barley had anything on it

Check the phone contact. The owner has got to have someone listed in there. BUT more then likely, it's already reported lost/stolen to the cell phone carrier. So, call the carrier. Tell them you found the phone. You know that they can't divoluge customer information, but ask them if they can contact the owner

i would do the right thing and put it in the paper and say must describe then after five days sell it. Although it might not work for the perosn who bought it abecasue it was probably reported lost which they cant activate it then

No! Dont sell it on ebay. You better bring that to the lost and found Center near where you found that phone. You might be sue for stealing if the owner saw his cellphone being sold on ebay.
