Default If I get a pc card from a cellular provider, like verizon, can I hook it up

to a modem and router? I basically want to subscribe to cell phone data plan and use it at home with a modem and router for all my computers. But when I am on the go I can just take the PC card and plug it into my laptop. If this is possible, how would I adapt the PC card to a modem and then to a router? Thanks for your help!
