Verizon cell phone wont recieve picture message.?

My verizon 8600 keeps telling me i cant recieve a picture message. It keeps telling me "message delivery failed" and the picture is coming from another 8600. What's wrong?

Verizon Sucks That Is What Everyone In My Family Has Verizon I Don't....my Phone Is The Only One That Works Half The Time.
