I've been with Verizon for about 17 months and was wondering when I could upgrade my phone, I know they have a thing on the website but it needs the account number and all that stuff which I don't have. Anyone know a general amount of time before an upgrade can occur?

You can usually upgrade for a limited amount ($50.00 off) at 11 months or just before your first year. If you do that you won't be able to take advantage of your "new every two" where you would get an additional amount off ($100.00 off).

Customers on a two-year contract may upgrade at a discounted price after just 22 months. so in 5 months u can upgrade with the new every 2 with signing a new 2 year.
