verizon cell phone upgrade help.?

My 2 year contract has expired and I'm wondering what phone to upgrade to. I din't wnat to spend a lot on it, and I also do not use text message or web. I was thinking about getting a krzr or razr, but they are still pretty pricy. I currently have a LG 4500.
P.S. don't reccomend crap phones or leave ambigious answers please.
