I have a LG5300 Verizon cell phone, it doesn't use a SIM card but I need to

recover data from it HELP!? Is there any way that I can recover deleted information, such as text messages, from my LG5300 cell phone. It doesn't use a SIM card and it seems that all recovery software requires that the cell phone has a SIM card. Is there any way verizon can get this information for me or any software that will let me plug my phone in via a USB cable to my computer and recover the information?
