Default Is it possible to reactivate a Verizon cell phone to use for my AT&T prepaid account?

I already have 2 prepaid starter kits with AT&T but the phones are really cheesy (I got the cheapest ones). I previously had a plan with Verizon which came with 2 very nice camera flip phones (LG models), which are now just sitting and collecting dust.

Is it possible to somehow switch over my AT&T numbers and service to the old Verizon phones? If so, how?

Thanks.
