jamaica,will that still cost? ok, like i have friends that live in jamaica, and that have jamaican numbers, but for them to call me will that still cost me, like as in roaming, even if its an in coming call?, or what...im confused, please let me know???

if they call you it will only take away from your minutes but if you call them then you will have extra charges. but if you are in Jamaica and you make a call then you will have to pay roaming charges. (if your phone will work in Jamaica)
