Virgin Audiovox phone broke, how do i get stuff off?

How do i get texts and pictures off? Are the stored in the sim card or on the phone's memory? Also, can i get a screen replacement anywhere?

Also, can i buy a cable to transfer the files to a computer? Heres the phone model:
