THe motorola w315 has better rates than the verizon phone, but the verizon phone has a camera. Which should I pick?

The first question should be:
Do I already HAVE a digital camera? If you do, I would go with one without the camera. Next, I would go online and do some research on both phones.
My husband is an IT manager and has great experience with the Motorola phones. We use Nextel instead of Alltel but in his words, "A phone is a phone." It's the cell service that matters most.

I being an Indian would prefer a GSM phone. I would love to answer your question. But I am not sure about the American market. Any way I appreciate your answer that you gave to my question. Many thanks to you.
