...service mode. Help please? My phone got wet, and now whenever I turn it on, it says it is in service mode, and to power recycle it to make phone calls. I've already tried taking the battery out, and turning it off for a few minutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you mean "power cycle" that means just turn it off and then back on again.
