Audiovox XV6700 Windows Mobile Phone - Memory Problem?

I have recently purchased an Audiovox XV6700 Pocket PC phone from Verizon. I have installed a 4gb MiniSD card in it to save photos and videos from the phone to the card. I set the phone to save all images and videos to the Storage Card instead of the phone but when I go to take a picture or record a video...the phone says "Unable to capture. Not enough memory. 36009:111:0".

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
