mini SDHC uses different hardware, a firmware update won't do the trick. The XV6700 doesn't have HDSC hardware. Sometimes you'll see SD cards greater than 2 gigs (but not greater than 4) that are not HDSC and those are the ones that work on SD 1.0 ans 1.1 devices like PDAs.
