I need to know the number to ascertain the service programming, the service programming code and the SIM number for Cricket.

US Cellular would have to look it up through your ESN(Electronic serial #) kicker is they won't give it out to activate it on another network.....also US Cellular doesn't use SIM cards because the technology US Cellular uses is CDMA.... only GSM services use SIM............
