Does Anyone know when Apple is going to upgrade the Iphone?

I am curious of purchasing an Iphone but not sure if waiting for an upgraded model would be my best bet. I tried an Iphone the other day and I love it, I recently purchased a Palm TREO 750 but now I am kind of tired of it. Spend the money or wait in anticipation for a hopefully soon to be produced upgraded model????? Anyone know something I don't?
