How much does the iPod touch cost now?
How much is the iPhone per month?
How much is the iPod touch per month?
For both iPhone, & iPod touch: Do you have to pay for internet each month? How much?

I am 13, and for my 14th birthday [APRIL 4th] I want to get the iPhone. But I don't want to make my parents pay toooo much. What do you think is better for a bday present for a 14 yr old. The touch, or the iPhone?

iphone $399 depends on the plan
iTouch$299 is free per month
iPhone every moonth comes with each plan
iTouch completely free

Um...at 14 you don't even need a phone. And your making your parents buy it. Your just a spoiled brat.
