How to downgrade Iphone Firmware 1.1.2 on Mac OSX Leopard?

Ive been trying to downgrade my Iphone to firmware 1.1.1 so i can jailbreak and no instructions seem to work. Im running on Mac OS Leopard and i have itunes 7.5 (if that helps). I really need some help with this so any instructions are appreciated. THANKS! :]
