Okay, so on Wednesday, I was getting out of my car with my iPhone in my pocket. It fell out of my pocket, and onto the concrete driveway, on the back (not glass) side. As I reached to pick it up, I realized that the glass was completely shattered. It still works, its just cracked. I've heard that Apple will replace the iPhone for free if you take it to the Genius Bar, but others have said that they had to pay $250. So, do you think they will replace it or not?

P.S.-It cut my friend's finger when he slid the little unlock slider thingy. Think I could sue? =] Lol
