If i bought an iPhone from apple store. Could i unlock it and use it for t-mobile?

Becuase I dont want to buy a used one from someone with the same or even cheaper price form the store. and i know someone who knows how to unlock the phone...

Depends on what version it is. Apple re-released a new version which you 'can't' unlock.
