Default Is there any legal argument that Apple should still give me the iphone credit

even if I missed the cut off? I qualified for the apple iphone credit but found out too late to request it. Is there any legal argument that they should have notified customers if they were going to allow it to expire? I have received other notifications vai text message. They had the ability.

Default

No because they provided public notification of the "credit" and the burden falls on the person to take advantage of it prior to the expiration date
