Very good condition. Seller says he'd give it an 8.5/10 conditonwise. It's unlocked and it's 4gb. Only comes with box and charger, no headphones. "As is" Warranty because it's unlocked

Yea, that would be a good deal...new ones run about 400 or so. I'd rather spend an extra 200 and made sure that is was new....not into used phones, but that's me.
