Every iphone has a one year warranty according to the website, does that mean anything? does that include the replacement of my lost iphone because i'm not sure.

You need the reciept, the iPhone itself, and it has to have malfuncuned or have been broken.
You should've been careful w/ something that's $399 USD and $60 USD a month just for a plan, not inculding calls or anything.
No, they don't repair, that is just how Apple is, if your phone has warranty then maybe you could have a chance. But Apple probably won't do that, because they really don't! You will probably end up buying a new iPhone.
