what can i do to get a new iphone(replaced by apple)?

so my iphone glitches a lot and it vibratyes by itslelf, and sometimes the speaker goes out on me and isnt as loud as my other two friends, what can i do to get it replaced for free, i feel like if i told them whats wrong with it now they wont replace it

It really depends how long you've had it, and what your warranty coverage is.

If it is still under warrenty they should replace it!
