Does the Apple iPhone have unlimited text to any network as an option on

any of its plans? I'm looking at the new iPhone and I'm a huge text messenger. In their rates it says 200 text messages. I want to know if there is an option with the iPhone that allows unlimited texts to anyone on any network. If not...it might not be the option for me not matter how awesome the phone actually is
