Apple.com may have some factory certified refurbished iphones. (Even if they don't right now, keep checking back because there are new listings every day.)
Apple guarantees their refurbished products and sometimes there are great deals.. Everything in the refurbished section is available on a first come first serve basis though, so if you a see a decent deal, grab it quick before someone else does! (Apple also has free shipping and the delivery is super quick but you will have to be there to sign for it or sign a release and leave it on your door!)
