My iphone's bottom portion won't work. I can't use the space bar or send text messages. I've tried to reset it every way possibe and it will not work. So I think I need to take it to the apple store to get it fix or to get a replacement but since I live kind of far away from the closes apple store I don't want to show up there and have them send me back for something that I did not bring.Does anyone know what I should bring so that they can give me a new phone?
