Is the Apple iPhone simcard capable? and what do you mean by plan thing?

the sim card is built into the iPhone. you have to manually input all your numbers or sync them with your PC/MAC

it has a sim card but you can't change it.

the iPhone is activated via iTunes. When the commputer recognizes the iPhone, it walks you through it. they can replace your non-ATT plan forr a new plan. If you are with ATT already, you can just replace your current phone.

the simcard of the iPhone is only usable for iPhone and cannot be changed with another simcard. it will not also recognize another simcard inserted to the iPhone.
