Sending iPhone back to Apple?

Ok so im having a grey wifi problem, and im sending it back to apple. The iphone was unlocked before and it was restored many times after. Is there anything else for me to do to the iPhone before i send it back to Apple to fix it, so they wouldnt know it was unlocked before?
