Well.. you can sure do that. If you are planning on switching phone companies, then you might need to contact tmobile and ask them first. But if you are getting an unlocked iphone then you can save all your numbers to your SIM card. Then put your SIM card in the unlocked iphone and import the contacts on to the iphone. Or what you can do is buy an iphone without plan & get it unlocked for a minimum fee so that way, you can put your tmobile SIM card in it and not have to worry about switching companies.
