Is it better to buy the Iphone in the UK at a 02 retail shop or the apple store?

well im not comfortable with buying online, and also i was going to go to 02 as they are closer to where i live, i would have to go to cambridge for my nearest apple store...i live in norfolk! whereas my local 02 store is about 25 minutes away!
