Will they allow me to buy it or will i have to make things up like an Americain adress and should i use Americain Express credit card because it's also an americain credit card. If anybody has more details; please help me out.

I would think that as long as there is coverage in Canada for At&t (the main supplier for the iPhone) then there shouldnt be a problem. Do they not sell them in Canada? I thought they were sold worldwide. That and you could easily find a place where they convert Canadian money to American. A lot of banks do just that. You just have to call them up and ask them.
