Default if i unblock my iphone not affecting the hardware , does my apple care...
...protection plan warranty, until applies i want to unblock my iphone with a software, but i am afraid if i do this my apple care protection plan warranty wont cover me

You'll have to read the small print of the documents you were sent with the warranty but generally any unofficial updates will invalidate warranties.
