Will the iphone purchased from the US from AT&T network work with PAYG networks in the United Kingdom? I assume it should be unlocked. Reasonable answers pls only....thanks!

At this point in time the iphone can't be unlocked. Great progress has been made in the last few days and it is believed that by next friday it will be acomplished. You chould be able to use an unlocked iphone in Europe but it would be expensive.
