Need help with the new prices with Apple Iphone 3g?

I just got a 2 year contract with cingular 6 months ago and I want to get the 3G iphone wat is the process and charges to getting a new contract. And i heard the prices were going to be higher like how much will it cost for unlimited data plan and 2000 txt messages?
