Apple selling 3G iphone (Non contract) 8gb for 500 and 16gb 700! wtf is it...

...too pricey!? that's 200 more than non 3g, for the feature it has i don't think it worth especially since it can't record video same old 2 megal pixel no flash, i think just over price you think?
