Why the price difference with the Apple Iphone ?

On www.ebay.com.au they are going for an amount of money i would never pay($5-600). But on the itunes site and also on an adelaide news website they say they won't be more than $210au. But i'm not sure why they are so cheap with all there features and stuff.
