Ziphone question jailbreak apple iphone!?

Ok so today I jailbreaked my iPhone using Ziphone. I like the jailbreak it has some quality programs and apps except one thing wont work for. The customize app just doesnt work for me, maybe someone who has it can shed some light on how i can make it work!!
