I live on long island ny and i am not sure which store will have longer lines to buy the iphone 3G. Apple store or At&t store? And what time should i go if they open at 8. a.m.

I would go to the Apple store because since it is an apple product i am guessing they would have more of them.

If the iPhone 3G is as hot of an item as the Nintendo Wii I would get there around 6AM because most likely Apple will hand out tickets for the phone so the first people who got there will get it.

If I were you I'd go to the Apple store because they are more unlikely to run out. But before you go, you should look at this article about the opening day.
