ok my orignal iphone is messed up, i treid to update the new 2.0 and it said it some kind of error and it had to restore my phone but when it went to restore another error popped up and now on my iphone screen it shows a picture of the white usb cable with an arrow pointing to itunes. someone please tell me whats going on, and will i get a reimbursement for this long wait? thanks
