Question about the Remote Application for the Apple iPhone/iPod Touch...?
I have recently downloaded the iPod Touch 2.0 software update and I got the Remote Application (App) for free and it doesn't seem to be working on my Windows XP PC. I have made sure that the WiFi for my iPod and for my computer are the same and I have entered the correct password many times. When I enter the password, Sometimes it says "Connecting to Library 'Example's Music,'" but usually it connects right away and it brings up the "Playlists" screen and it says "Loading..." It's been loading for 15 min. I've tried it dozens of times and it doesn't work. I have the latest version of iTunes. So, when I try it on my Lap Top, It works and it doesn't say loading, the Playlists section pops up in the amount of time it takes to look down at the iPod. I made sure that the iTunes Preferences are the same for both computers and the Wi-Fi is the same for both. The computers are on different floors, but I can still use the remote on the laptop on the other floor!
Please help me figure this out.
