What you can do is sign up for a plan with AT&T from the store, buy the iPhone 3G, and then if you cancel it within 30 days, and be fined $200 for it. But once you pay that $200, you've got an unlocked iPhone 3G, although don't go putting a T-Mobile SIM card in there. For some reason the hardware is only computable with the AT&T network. But hey, now you have a GPS and Camera iPod touch...and no phone.
