ok i was using my iphone, then i turned it off and tried to turn it back on, when i went to turn it back on i was updating an app if that makes a difference. ive looked EVERYWHERE on the enternet to find a solution. even on the apple site

i am and have been on hold with apple for the last like 20 minutes. i really dont kno what else to do. when i plug it up to my comp then my comp freezes and i cant do anything unless i unplug it

any tips?
