i want to get this apple iphone and just get it deactivated after the 1st month of service so i can use it like a regular ipod, i want this iphone becuase it has speakers unlike the ipod touch and i already have the ipod touch and dont like it because the back scratches very easily and i dont want it in a case all the time, i need to know wether or not this will work, i dont need your opinion on why im getting this iphone, just wether or not i can use it with no sim card.
