Why wont my iphone's third party apps, downloaded from the apple app store, not load?

All my apps use to work. But now every time i try to load them, the just act like there gonna work then it goes back to my home screen. I have tried to restore it, that didn't work. I also tried just deleting all my apps and that didn't work either.
