Do you get charged for msn messanger or AIM and Wi-Fi on a jailbroken apple iphone?

Im thinking about getting an iphone. but i want to know if i will get charged if i sign on to msn, or yahoo. and i need to know that if i acces Wi-Fi will i get charged?
