i want to complain to them about the fact that on iphone 3g's, you can only use bluetooth if you buy a headset, so now ive got to put up with some rubbish ring tone of a dog barking :|
i cant find anything on their website, anyone else found a different website you can do it on or something?

most phones have bluetooth so you can send picture, videos, songs etc
you need bluetooth so you can send songs from one phone to another, so you can have a song as your ringtone.
the iphone 3g dont have bluetooth, you have to buy a seperate headset, but on the description it says that it DOES have bluetooth.

i wouldn't complain to apple if i were you. if you phone them up and say "it hasn't got bluetooth" they are likely to say "oh yes it has", because it has. mine has. and the apple website says it has (bluetooth 2.0 + EDR)
you change your ringtone by going settings>sounds>ringtone.
there are about a dozen preinstalled.
you can make more yourself by importing any song into garage band and editing it there, then saving it as a ringtone.
forget sending them to each other the way you do with your old phone. that's history!
and you don't need a headset to use bluetooth, go settings>general>bluetooth>ON
it's now discoverable.

you need to add more detail or clarify your question. because what other way can you use bluetooth unless you buy one? and what does the bluetooth have to do with your ringtone?

You're going to complain because of a lack of feature? Well Apple.com should have a link to "Contact Us" that ought to be where you go to do this.
