apple iphone web apps please help?

hi I have an iphone that is jailbroken. Whenever I go to to apple.com and try to download a normal game app, it only lets me add to homescreen. But I need internet for them. All apps, even games. Please I am Stuck and need help. THANK YOU

if it's jailbroken don't you have installer if you do you could download alot of apps there but you do need wifi
