Possible ways iphone 2.0 can get relocked by apple.?

What I want to know are:
1. Will visiting downloading applications or games (ESPECIALLY FREE ONES) from the iphone app store relock my iphone?
2 What are the risks of going in iphone app store with unlocked/jailbroken iphone.
3. What are the possibe ways that can relock my iphone?

BONUS QUESTIONS:
1. Has 2.1 firmware been unlocked?
2. When is the expected date for installed 4.0 beta's release?
3. Top free apps at apple apps store.
