If i have buy a used iphone with the apple warranty still on it, does the warranty

still apply to me? If i have buy a used iPhone with the apple warranty still on it, does the warranty still apply to me? it's kinda scratched, but i'm thinkin about exchanging it for a new one from the apple store. im gonna make up an excuse like the phone turns off by itself. do they replace it for free?
