How can I transfer a midi ring tone from my Apple computer to my Nokia mobile phone?

I have just discovered my favorite Nokia ring tone called Persuasion in polyphonic and then converted it into different tunes by MidiSwing software now I do not know how to tranfer the tunes into the phone. And which can be transferred, QuickTime or Java?Please somebody HELP!!!
